 32 hours per week  14.00 - 19.00 per hour  Uden  Flex

Function Description
As a planner, you know exactly what the capacity needs are and make sure they are filled as efficiently as possible. You inform employees of their work schedule in a timely manner and ensure that clients can count on the presence of security guards. Even in hectic periods, you get your planning done. You take into account the Working Hours Act, the collective bargaining agreements and the wishes of clients and employees. Of course, your administration is taken care of down to the last detail. Your insight, overview and accuracy will make the difference for the clients and employees of this company.

What we offer
• HBO working and thinking level; • At least 2 years of experience in human resources; • Good commercial and communication skills; • No problems working on picket duty (you will be available outside office hours in rotation).
